New Korg Keyboard Workstation: Kronos

Note: Watch at least the first 6 to 10 minutes to see an impressive live performance…especially if you like jazz drums and piano!

This video is long but worth it. Also, if you have decent headphones, wear them when you watch this to get the full effect. Unless you have really great PC speakers, they just won’t do justice here.

So just sit back, relax, and enjoy the video!

If you use a keyboard/synth or other hardware in your music production process, like the Akai MPC for instance, and you have not seen the latest game changer from Korg, you need to check out this video!

This Workstation has seriously upped the stakes and anyone who is serious about their production should at least be aware of what it can do.

If you don’t play keyboard already, watch this video and you might want to start.

The Kronos Keyboard Workstation was unveiled in January 2011 at the NAMM Show (National Association of Music Merchants) in Anaheim, one of the largest music product trade shows in the world.

As the successor to the OASYS Synthesizer Workstation, Kronos has already won honors as the best workstation for 2011 at the Musikmesse International Press Award (MIPA) Ceremony on April 7, 2011 in Frankfurt, Germany, beating out the Kurzweil PC3K8 followed by the Yamaha Motif XF as the first and second runner ups.

As for the rest, the vid speaks for itself.
